An Invitation to Journey Inward: Honoring the Sacred Dance of Your Healing and Transformation.

Myranda Peterson, LCSW

What It Feels Like to Work Together

Welcome to a space where the tender whispers of the soul are not just heard but honored. Here, the work is not about striving to be fixed or perfect but about embracing the beauty of your own unfolding. It is a journey inward, where each session is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and meet yourself with reverence and curiosity.

Therapy here is rooted in the belief that within each of us lies a quiet knowing—a deep well of wisdom that gets buried beneath the noise and pace of the world. Together, we’ll gently untangle the threads of your story, tend to the parts of you that have been long overlooked, and nurture what is most true within you.

We move gently, honoring the ebb and flow of your emotions, knowing that true transformation comes not from rushing, but from pausing, reflecting, and allowing yourself to be seen. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or the tender in-between moments of transition, you are not alone. Every part of you is welcome here.

If you’re longing for a quiet place to come home to yourself—whether through online therapy in Utah or a sacred pause amid life’s changes—this work is a remembering.

My Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Utah, with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. My work is shaped by deep respect for each person’s unique inner landscape and a commitment to emotional safety, self-trust, and meaningful growth. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and veterans—through a wide range of challenges.

I specialize in anxiety, grief, and life transitions—those tender seasons of becoming when old patterns fall away and something new begins to emerge. With a blend of curiosity, compassion, and practical tools, I help you navigate change, ease emotional overwhelm, and move forward with greater clarity.

My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I integrate depth-oriented psychotherapy with evidence-based practices like mindfulness, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Jungian perspectives to support lasting healing, deeper self-understanding, and transformation from the inside out.
